Dion's owner, Mark HermanCommerce City staff works diligently with site selectors and business representatives to provide concierge-level services throughout the site selection and site development process. These efforts have contributed to businesses opening ahead of schedule, surpassing performance projections and enjoying sustained success in Commerce City.

“We’re running higher than projections, although we’re still in the startup period. I do think we’re going to settle in higher than projected for the long run. The Commerce City site is the busiest of our three Colorado locations.

We’ve experienced great support from the local community and we’re quite pleased with the quality of employees and applicants.”
