Dion’s Restaurant opened its second Denver metro location at E. 104th Ave. and Chambers Road in early 2017. The New Mexico-based chain serves made-to-order pizza, salads and subs for sit-down or take-out dining.
Commerce City staff works diligently with site selectors and business representatives to provide concierge-level services throughout the site selection and site development process. These efforts have contributed to businesses opening ahead of schedule, surpassing performance projections and enjoying sustained success in Commerce City.

New and Upcoming Commercial Projects
Following are some of the new and upcoming commercial projects in Commerce City:
7-Eleven locations are open in Commerce City at E.104th Avenue and Highway 2, east of E.96th Avenue and Yosemite Street, E.120th Avenue and Chambers Road. The stores serve a growing number of businesses and residents in the northern range.
Anyhome Realty is open at 6025 Parkway Dr., Unit 196. Juan Gallegos, a real estate broker with more than 19 years of experience, opened the new office with two other agents. Anyhome helps clients buy and sell homes across the Denver metropolitan area.
Big Daddy Mexican Food is open at 7584 Highway 2. The restaurant is open seven days a week, and serves traditional Mexican food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Big Panda Restaurant is open at 15550 E 103rd Pl., Unit 101. The restaurant serves Chinese food for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
Brakes Plus opened a 4,914-square-foot facility in Reunion Station on the northeast corner of E.104th Avenue and Chambers Road. Brakes Plus performs minor automotive repairs including brake repair and replacement, front end alignments, oil changes, emissions and battery replacements.
Christian Brothers Automotive is open at 15690 E.104th Ave. Christian Brothers performs minor automotive repair services, including alignments, brake services and oil changes.
Dairy Queen is planning a new store at 14950 E. 104th Ave. in the Aspen Hills Development. The 3,286-square-foot restaurant will employ 13 staff members.
Delfina’s Sweets is open at 15550 E. 103rd Pl. The restaurant serves donuts, coffee, and breakfast burritos in the morning and red chili, nachos, burrito pies, and ice cream in the afternoon.
Dutch Brothers Coffee opened a new location in Reunion Station at the northeast corner of E. 104th Avenue and Chambers Road. The 824-square-foot coffee shop includes a drive thru for those wanting a cup on the go.
El Coco Pirata is open at 5411 Quebec St. The full service restaurant serves fresh Mexican seafood and sushi and is open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. This is the fourth restaurant for the new owner.
Ent Credit Union is under construction in Reunion Station at the NEC of E. 104th Avenue and Chambers Road. It is scheduled to open this summer.
G's Tacos is open at E. 104th Ave. and Chambers Rd. This full-service restaurant and bar serves breakfast burritos all day, wings, tacos and burgers for lunch and dinner.
iGo Realty opened a new office at 13611 E. 104th Ave., Suite 700. With over 20 years of experience in residential brokerage, Arlene Castro and Jean Broad recruited three residential real estate brokers to be part of the new office.
Kentucky Fried Chicken opened a 3,125 square-foot restaurant in Reunion Marketplace at E. 104th Ave. and Chambers Rd.
La Casa Del Rey reopened at 7035 E. 72nd Ave. The 3,440 square-foot restaurant with an outdoor patio serves traditional family recipes.
Las Margs Restaurant is open at 15550 E.103th Pl. in the North Range Town Center. The full service restaurant serves Mexican cuisine and specialty margaritas for lunch and dinner, Tuesday-Friday, and for brunch and dinner on the weekends.
Los Gallitos is planning to move to a new and expanded location at 7255 E. 72nd Ave.
Los Tamales Mexican Grill is open in the King Soopers Shopping Center at E. 60th Ave. and Parkway Blvd. The restaurant serves a variety of tamales, as well as burritos, quesadillas, tortas and tacos.
Mail Xpress opened a full-service resource for packing, shipping, printing and business service needs at 13611 E. 104th Ave., Ste. 800.
Mama’s Café is open at 6025 Parkway Dr., Suite 160. The full-service restaurant serves breakfast, Mexican, and American food.
Mark Sink Photography, a notable local photographer and private art consultant, has moved his studio to the Derby neighborhood. Mr. Sink converted the 2,500-square-foot former Toedtli Auto Parts store at 6525 E. 72nd Pl. and into studio and exhibition space.
Mickey’s Express is open at 7770 CO Hwy 2. The drive-thru restaurant serves breakfast all day focusing on a hand-held menu that is quick and efficient.
Panda Express is open at 15481 E. 104th Ave. in Reunion Station at E. 104th Ave. and Chambers Rd. The 2,200 square-foot restaurant serves Chinese cuisine.
Pour Tap House is open in Turnberry Marketplace at E. 104th Ave. and Revere St. The first of its kind in the city, the 1,500 square-foot tap house serves craft beers from around Colorado and is located in a new 9,000-square-foot building.
Pudge Bros. Pizza is open at 6085 E. 64th Ave. The restaurant serves pizza, pasta, and salad for pickup or delivery.
Reunion Coffee House is open at 10601 Reunion Pkwy. The partnership between Oakwood Homes and Community Uplift partnership aims to teach job skills in a coffee shop environment.
Papa John’s Pizza has opened in Belle Creek. The business claimed the last remaining 1,236-square-foot spot in the Belle Creek Corner Shops.
Risas Dental and Braces is open at 6091 Dexter St., near the intersection of Vasquez Boulevard and E. 60th Avenue. Risas is a community-based and affordable dental practice. The 3,750- square-foot facility includes two consultation areas and nine patient care rooms that can accommodate up to 80 patients per day.
Santiago’s is open at 15330 E. 120th Pl., located near the intersection of E. 120th Ave. and Chambers Rd. Santiago’s serves traditional Mexican fare, including breakfast burritos in the mornings, with both take-out and dine-in options. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sonic Drive-In opened a 1,526 square-foot restaurant at 10319 Tower Rd. on the southwest corner of E. 104th Avenue and Tower Road in the Reunion Town Center Development.
Starbucks is open at 12311 E. 104th Avenue. The 2,399-square-foot coffee shop features a 350 square-foot patio with a drive-thru in Turnberry Marketplace.
Starbucks is now open at 4850 E. 60th Avenue. The 2,340 square-foot coffee shop employs 29 staff members and is open Monday-Sunday from 4:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
State House 38 is open at the northeast corner of E. 104th Avenue and Chambers Road in Reunion Station. This is the newest location for Little Pub Company, a Colorado-based company with over 20 restaurant and bar concepts across the Denver metropolitan area. This location is a 5,500 square-foot, full-service restaurant and bar that serves American-style food for lunch and dinner. The restaurant includes a full bar area, an outside patio with a fire pit, and a bocce ball court.
Supercuts Hair Salon is under construction in Reunion Station at the NEC of E. 104th Avenue and Chambers Road. It is scheduled to open this summer.
Ted’s Philly Cheese Steaks and Mexican Grill is open at 7215 E. 72nd Ave. The restaurant serves cheesesteaks as well as Mexican fare.
Wendy’s is open at 15581 E. 104th Ave. at the northeast corner of E. 104th Ave. and Chambers Rd. in Reunion Station. The restaurant serves hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
Wingstop, Inc. is open at 4952 E. 62nd Ave., Suite A2. Wingstop is a chain of aviation-themed restaurants that specialize in chicken wings.
